Our mission is to help the community by providing programs that promote a healthy, strong mind to achieve success and manage stress using the Path To The Heart method – a philosophy evolved from Chinese Kung Fu, by the founder Douglas Lee.

The philosophy of path to heart method is a time-tested philosophy rooted in Ving Tsun Kung Fu principles that Master Douglas Lee, a teacher and practitioner of Kung Fu has taught his direct students. Master Lee and the subsequent generations of his students’ have used, and continue to use this method to achieve success in their careers, their family life and achieve personal growth and stress-free living.
